Dyson V15 Repair Fiasco - 3 Months, No Fix
I sent my V15 vacuum to the service center 1.5 months ago, but they did not repair it. They promised to send me a new one as a replacement; however, for the past 1.5 months, they've avoided the matter, stating 'out of stock'. When I attempted to acquire the Submarine model by paying the price difference, they insisted on full payment and stated that the value of the gadget sent for servicing would not be deducted. I believe that the service is inadequate. I paid 1.5 times the minimum pay for the equipment, and I do not believe the service given justified this price. When I attempted to contact the authorities, customer service agents said that such a possibility did not exist; if the authorities had the bravery to reply, they would have already contacted me. I'm discussing this issue with my contacts who are considering purchasing, and for those who are about to make a purchase, I advise: Although you may be delighted with the device's functionality, even minor malfunctions can result in a waste of money.

I have explained my problem to the friends at the solution center multiple times, but no solution has been found. This is because I have been waiting for about 2 months for the devices you promised to send as replacements for the ones that were sent for repair and couldn't be fixed to come back in stock. You are causing a great deal of inconvenience; this should not be the outcome for the amount paid.
