Dyson Returned My V15 Submarine Without Fixing the Suction or Replacing Cyclones




I previously sent my Dyson V15 Submarine vacuum to service twice due to a loss of suction power. For the third time, they asked me to send it in again, and my device has been at the service center for about two weeks. I requested that the cyclones on the side be replaced because of both the suction issue and the broken plastic cyclones. As a result of the service inspection, I was informed that maintenance and cleaning had been carried out and that the issue had been resolved. They returned the device to me. I have now received it, and it was sent back exactly as I had sent it. No cleaning or cyclone replacement was performed. Why was my device kept at the service center for two weeks? As soon as I received it from the courier, I opened the device and cleaned it myself. I will also add photos of what came out of the device. I urgently request that my grievance be resolved.
