Dyson V15 Vacuum Cleaner Malfunction

Hello, I live in Istanbul. I purchased a Dyson V15 cordless vacuum cleaner in August 2023. After using it for about a month, the two wheels on the side of the sweeping head broke. Without these wheels, it is very difficult to control the vacuum cleaner. The vacuum cleaner head became completely unusable. Then I called Dyson service, and they opened a ticket for a new vacuum cleaner head. I have been calling the service almost once a week for more than a month. However, they constantly say that it is out of stock and there is nothing we can do. They cannot provide a timeframe for it to be back in stock. I no longer have faith that it will be in stock. I am uncertain whether they are making a request to restock it. I used to enjoy using my old rechargeable Dyson vacuum cleaner, but even though the new Dyson V15 I bought was brand new, it broke within a month, and no service support is offered. I don't know if this grievance of mine will be resolved, but a month has passed, and the problem is still not resolved, and maybe months will pass, and the problem will not be resolved.
