"The seal between the motor body and the dust bin of my Dyson V15 has broken, causing air to leak and reducing the suction power. I reported the issue to Dyson Turkey’s support line and via WhatsApp, but they told me that the problem is only cosmetic and that nothing can be done. So far, I have not received any proper response from the brand. I request that the issue be resolved, the seal replaced, and a technical inspection carried out."
