Dyson V15 Detect Absolute Dust Bin Gasket Fell Off


I recently purchased a Dyson V15 Detect Absolute vacuum cleaner in April 2025 from the Electronet store located in Alexandroupoli (Dedeağaç), Greece. We had just started using the device when the red gasket inside the dust bin came off and it is not possible to put it back in its place. Because of this, I have been unable to use the product since the problem appeared about a month ago. Since the device is new and the fault concerns a part inside the dust bin, I find it unacceptable that such an issue has occurred in such a short period of time and that I cannot use the product as intended. I kindly request that the faulty part be repaired or replaced free of charge within the scope of warranty, and that my Dyson V15 Detect Absolute be restored to a fully functional condition as soon as possible.
