I purchased the V15 HEPA product from Dyson.com.tr on 06/11/2023. The product was delivered to me on 08/11/2023. On 28/12/2023, I noticed movement in the integrated head pipe. I connected to live help. After the video call, I was informed that the new pipe would be delivered to me free of charge. The product arrived on 02/01/2024. What came out of the box was the old model straight pipe. A live meeting was held again, and a refund request was created. During this process, I was told that the pipe with integrated head was not in stock, it was not even known when the product would be in stock, but they did their best for me, the file was opened and the incident was followed up, and as soon as the new pipe was in stock, the product would be sent to me immediately... Yes, I have been a victim since this date and I am still waiting for the pipe with integrated head. Today we have entered the 3rd month exactly. And I can't use this machine! I can't count the number of times I contacted a customer representative. No response was made to me and no positive action was taken. I think the brand is just a PR product, and there is terrible incompetence going on behind the scenes. Look, this is deceiving people. How can you sell a product whose parts stock has not yet entered the country? The last customer representative I spoke to told me, "The order for the part has not been entered. Shall we enter it? This way, it will be shipped to you immediately as soon as it is in stock." said. I have a file there. And every time I talked to them, they said, "Don't worry, your urgency has been reported here. The product will be sent to you." said. Even though I specifically asked, "I don't need to do anything extra, do I?" Look at the incompetence! So the order hasn't even been entered yet. I gave you to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I'm waiting for my application to be finalized. I will pursue this issue in every way possible. If a truly competent person to resolve the issue does not call me, do not contact me... I will continue through legal means...
