Dyson Animal Pro 2 Hassle With Emptying Dust Can
I've been experiencing an issue with the dust bin on my corded Dyson vacuum since the day of purchase. The advertised cyclone technology and the promised one-touch dust bin emptying feature simply doesn't work for me. Instead of a clean emptying, dust scatters around, and some remains inside, forcing me to clean it manually. This discrepancy is not what was portrayed in the product introduction – the visuals are nothing but deceptive. Frustrated, I sent it to the service center twice. After the first attempt, they claimed it was fixed, but the problem persisted. In response to my second service request, they provided a baffling answer, suggesting I should keep it clean, rather than addressing the actual issue. Their response? "Frequent cleaning of the cyclone, bin, and accessories maintains the device's suction power and performance within standards." As a Dyson user for 15 years, I can't help but feel that the company has let me down this time.

I communicated my issue to them by sharing a video. They don't even watch it and comment out of courtesy. Such a terrible service cannot exist. They have a template sentence and keep writing the same thing. I will never do business with you again.
