Dyson V15 Right Wheel Came Loose – Can It Be Fixed Without Warranty?

While using my Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner during normal cleaning, the wheel on the right side suddenly came off along with its screw. I did not force or mishandle the device in any way, yet this issue still occurred. The problem happened a few weeks ago, and this is the first time I’ve ever experienced anything like it.

I purchased the product from another seller, and unfortunately, I no longer have the invoice or warranty documentation. So far, I haven’t been able to reach Dyson customer service — it has been very difficult to get through to anyone.

As a customer living in Balıkesir Karesi, I am requesting that my Dyson V15 be repaired free of charge, as this issue clearly resulted from a manufacturing or assembly defect rather than user error.
