Dyson V15 Rubber and Wand Defect, Replacement Requested Under Warranty

I have been using my Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner for over a year. While the device was still under warranty, I began experiencing several issues, including the rubber material in the “papatya” (head ring) area breaking apart and the wand joints becoming excessively loose. I reported the problem and spoke with an authorized representative. However, I was told that these issues were “normal” and no solution was provided.
Later, I saw on social media and among people in my network that many others with the same problem received product replacements. Even though I’ve experienced the same defects, I was not offered any assistance, and my frustration continues. I purchased the product through Turkcell Sales and Digital Business Services Inc., and my invoice number is T032022000239642. The issue occurs every time I use the device, and I can no longer get proper performance from it.
I am requesting that my Dyson V15 be replaced with a new unit, as the same manufacturing defects have been acknowledged and resolved for other customers.
