Dyson V15 Absolute Has Broken Merely Within 3 Months, Stops Functioning Intermittently

We purchased our Dyson V15 Absolute device four months ago, and now we are experiencing intermittent operation issues. There are no warning messages on the screens. During the initial start-up (when cold), it operates intermittently, but after 5-20 seconds, it continues to operate without interruption. Despite regularly performing the cleaning as instructed in the user manual, we consistently face this issue when the device is cold. I think, It may be a software problem. Support representatives suggested that it might be a trigger or motor issue, providing price estimates of $130 for the motor and $90 for the trigger. They mentioned that the situation is beyond the warranty coverage. Excuse me! how can it be out of warranty? We spent roughly $800 for device, and after three months, problems arise, and quotes are provided without identifying the issue. Dyson seems to be a brand managed solely through influencers. Hundreds of customers with similar complaints have reported this issue. Each has separately sent their complaint. We urgently await feedback, and if there is no response, I will initiate legal proceedings. I will update the entire process here. I believe this will serve as a good reference for those considering Dyson as a brand. Once my grievance is resolved, I will delete my complaint with my opinian note.

"Dyson Turkey's authorized representatives contacted me. Firstly, ı want to clarify that Dyson Turkey has no affiliation with the Dyson brand; it is likely a company named X. Dyson Turkey seems to manage Dyson's service Network in Turkey. Let me briefly explain the entire absürt process: 1-They cannot determine where the device, for which ı provided the serial number, was sold. 2-They cannot verify whether the device is within the warranty coverage. 3-Without stating that ı purchased the device from Dubai or the uk, they won't be able to determine that either. 4-Based on the country ı mentioned, they claim devices purchased from those countries have no warranty because of the different electrical grid. 5-This device has an international warranty. I will report this to the Real Dyson; let's see who will be deemed right. 6-Even if the electrical grid is different, this device operates on battery power and doesn't directly Connect to the grid. It is not even possible for it to harm the motor by damaging the battery. 7-ı have purchased dozens of devices from abroad, and ALL of them have at least a 1-year international warranty. 8-The company that calls itself Dyson Turkey seems to be oblivious to the World. They appear to be focused on declaring the device out of warranty and pushing for a paid replacement. 9-Skipping the above 6 points, how can a company not know which country or seller sold a product from its serial number? This implies a Serious flaw in their product tracking. How can a company that can't track its product provide service support? 10-ı am initiating the legal process; let's see who is right."
