Dyson V15 Stops Working Mid-Use After Just One Year, I Need Support

I’ve been using the Dyson V15 for a year, and it has started stopping abruptly while in use. At first, I thought I wasn’t holding the trigger properly, but as it began happening 2-3 times a day, I realized it’s an issue with the device itself. I take great care of the vacuum, cleaning the filters and attachments regularly, so there’s no reason for this problem to occur so soon.

It’s disappointing that a product I purchased for ₺26,000 is already malfunctioning within a year. I expect better quality from Dyson. I need immediate assistance to resolve this issue. Please provide the necessary support to fix or replace the device as soon as possible.

"Congratulations to Dyson. They called me on Friday and asked what the problem was, and I explained it. After a short video call, they said the faulty parts needed to be replaced. And today, I received a brand new device. It’s excellent that they replaced it under warranty without charging a single penny. From now on, I will not shop from any company other than Dyson. Other companies should take this as an example; I have never seen this kind of behavior from any other company. They were very polite during our conversation. They took everything into consideration. I would like to thank the Dyson Turkey team."
