Dyson V12 Warranty Replacement Pending – Loose Tube Issue Unresolved

On September 5, 2025, I purchased a Dyson V12 vacuum cleaner through Medimarck. The suction tube moves loosely within itself, and because of this issue, I’m not getting the expected performance from the device. The problem persists continuously, and I’m having serious difficulty using the product.

I reported the issue to Dyson customer service, and they confirmed that the product was defective and informed me that a replacement unit would be sent. However, I have not yet received the new product and am still waiting. My order number is 900195758, and I paid approximately $620 (₺22,999 ≈ $620) for the purchase.

I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that the replacement product be delivered to me without further delay.

Hello, Dyson brand representative says I have no legal rights even though it has been 75 days, I am aggrieved.
