I Face Dyson V12 Filter Getting Dirty Immediately After First Use Every Time

I ordered a Dyson V12 from Dyson’s official website on February 13, 2025 (Order No: 2703617833). I’ve been using the vacuum in Nevşehir Merkez for about six months. After a short period of use, I started getting a filter-cleaning warning on every use. Even when I reinstall the filter clean and dry, after the first vacuuming the filter becomes completely dirty and dust accumulates in the small vents beneath the digital display. When I clean that area and try again, other problems occur.

On September 29, 2025, I called customer service to report the issue. In my first call I was told no service could be performed because “the filter wasn’t dry.” When I called again the next day, I was told to remove the filter and have the service perform the cleaning. I don’t understand why I have to call repeatedly if I can perform the same steps myself. None of the Dyson users I know have experienced this problem, yet I’m repeatedly told this is “normal.” I believe the product is defective and I do not accept the explanation that this is normal.

The product is still under warranty and I paid ₺24,999 for it. Instead of sending me to service again, I demand that my unit be replaced with a new one. If my request is not granted, I will exercise my legal rights.

I sent the product to the service center. A week later, I received an email about the product, and in the email, they stated that there was a filter blockage in the product, general maintenance and cleaning had been done, and the product had passed the necessary tests. I received the product today and turned it on, but it still gives a filter cleaning warning. I contacted customer service and they stated that the product needs to be sent to the service again. In order to exercise my legal rights, I request that the complaints and requests created by customer service regarding the product be forwarded to me.
