I am experiencing a manufacturing defect with the Dyson V15 Detect Submarine model upright vacuum cleaner that I purchased from your store in Gaziemir Optimum Shopping Mall in October 2024. There is a gap at the connection point between the vacuum's tube and body, causing the device to shake excessively during use and preventing it from functioning efficiently. Since the day I bought it, I have used the product carefully and cleaned it according to the instructions. However, due to this manufacturing defect, the vacuum's functionality is severely impacted, resulting in significant inconvenience for me as a consumer. According to the provisions of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 regarding "defective goods," I request a free replacement or refund of the product. I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and look forward to being informed promptly about the evaluation of my request. I respectfully request the necessary action to be taken.
