Dyson V12 Filter Error Is Not Covered Under Warranty

We have been calling Dyson for a long time because the Dyson v12 wireless vacuum cleaner gave a filter warning, but they do not stand behind their products at all. In our first calls, they were constantly asking us to clean the filter even though the filter was clean, and now they are saying that the filter is not under warranty because it has been a year. We have been complaining about this for months. I have one cat at home and two children. I am very happy with my vacuum cleaner, but I can use it just one day. I wash the filter because of the filter warning. It takes two days for it to dry. I cannot use the vacuum cleaner 4-5 days a week. I request that my inconvenience be resolved and my v12 vacuum cleaner replaced.
