Dyson V12 Clean Filter Error And Underarm Attachment Breakage



We contacted Dyson customer service because our Dyson V12 model kept displaying the "clean the filter" warning even though we had cleaned it, and our underarm attachment broke twice in the same place without any force. I explained that we have been experiencing filter problems for the last six months. I mentioned that even though we washed the filter a week ago and dried it for two days, it still showed the filter cleaning warning. They informed me that the filter was guaranteed independently of the machine and that the warranty duration was one year, suggesting that I buy a new filter for a fee. They made the same suggestion for the underarm attachment. The main reason I chose this brand was its durability and the technical team's quick, customer-oriented solutions when problems arose, but I have seen that this policy has changed over the years. I think they are now failing in terms of durability and the supply of free spare parts.
