Fed Up with Dyson! V12 Filter Warning Won't Stop, Warranty Over
My Dyson V12 vacuum cleaner keeps giving me a filter warning, even after I've washed it. The warranty for the product ended in November 2023. Even though I've been using it for a year and a half since it was included in my dowry, I'm currently experiencing this problem. Also, I've been using another robot vacuum quite often, but I recently found out that I can buy Dyson filters for a price. The WhatsApp customer service line is pretty useless, with its automated responses that don't really offer any help. If I have to replace every part every year, why are you selling your products at such high prices? Dyson has been a major disappointment.
