Dyson V10 Battery Supply Issue

I have a Dyson V10 cordless vacuum cleaner, which I purchased in 2021. After using it for a year, I moved to a new place and stored the vacuum in its box for 2 years. When I tried to use it again, I was told that the battery had depleted on its own. I inquired about purchasing a new battery and was informed that it was out of stock, but I would receive an email when it became available. It's been a month now, and I only received one email at 4 AM. By the time I checked my email at 8:30 AM, the battery was already out of stock again. How is this possible? They don't have a reliable system for supplying spare parts. I urgently need a solution, but they have none to offer.

14 "I was contacted and told that the battery would be replaced by calling the service, because there was no battery in stock. I was told that a payment of around 5900 TL would be required. I sent it today. Since the battery life is 2 years, I don't want to pay a high battery price for the vacuum every 2 years. I am renewing the battery once as a one-time thing, and I will probably throw it away in 2 years. It makes much more sense to buy a new vacuum from another company. I don't recommend it to anyone. Thank you for the courteous response."
