Assistance Required Regarding Incorrect Order – Dyson Gen5detect™ Absolute (Prussian Blue/Copper) My name is Cihangir E***, and I am a loyal Dyson customer from Türkiye. I have always admired the Dyson brand and have used your products with great satisfaction until now. However, I regret to inform you that I had an unfortunate experience with my recent purchase, which has caused considerable disappointment. As a dedicated Dyson user, I recently ordered your latest model, the Dyson Gen5detect™ Absolute (Prussian Blue/Copper), directly from your official website, www.dyson.com.tr, in order to ensure a smooth and reliable purchasing process. Although I found the Iron/Purple version of the same product being sold at a lower price on various platforms, I chose the Prussian Blue/Copper version and paid the higher price — as a special gift to myself following the birth of my daughter. Unfortunately, instead of receiving the correct set with matching Prussian Blue/Copper accessories, I was sent a set with vacuum heads in different colors. Despite several attempts, I have been unable to receive proper assistance from your local customer service team. I have attached a photo of the received product for your reference. I placed my trust in Dyson’s official platform and expected to receive the exact product I ordered — both in model and color. I kindly request your support in resolving this matter by sending the correct-colored accessories that correspond with the product I purchased.

The brand acknowledges by calling that the product they sold is the wrong product, but they absolutely do not help in resolving this issue. The famous Dyson brand still has not provided a product that matches the image of the product on their own site or compensated for this issue. I am still waiting. I have started telling my family and friends about the situation.

The brand representatives have acknowledged that the product delivered to me does not exactly match the one I ordered. However, unfortunately, no concrete steps have been taken so far to resolve the issue. It is quite disappointing that a globally recognized brand like Dyson has neither provided the product as displayed on its official website nor offered any form of compensation for the inconvenience. I have been waiting for a resolution for a considerable time now.

My Order Arrived Incorrectly, Dyson Still Has No Solution The Gen5detect™ Absolute (Prussian Blue/Copper) vacuum cleaner I ordered from Dyson's official website was sent with the wrong accessories. Moreover, the brand admitted this mistake but refuses to provide a solution. Unfortunately, I did not see the quality and trust expected from a world-renowned brand. Not only did they send parts unrelated to the product's image, but they also haven't provided a solution for days. Customer satisfaction and brand reputation cannot be maintained with advertisements alone. True quality emerges when a problem arises. Dyson failed this test.
