Chaos When Returning Process of Dyson Multi-styler Complete Long in Prussian Blue and Bright Copper

Multi-styler Complete Long in Prussian Blue and Bright Copper (Product Code: 395899-01), which I ordered on 17 December 2023 for a total amount of 16,999.00 TRY. I placed the order through Dyson Turkey Ltd. and paid via credit card. Dissatisfied with the product, I initiated the return process under Dyson’s cancellation policy. On 20 December 2023, I was provided with a return code "10000049580602" to deliver the product to Yurtici Kargo. However, the cargo branch reported that the return code was invalid. The following day, a different return code was sent to me, but yet again, the cargo branch confirmed that this code was also invalid. As the weekend was approaching, I repeatedly contacted your customer service, only to receive generic responses stating "we are conveying your urgency, you will be called," but no concrete solution was offered. This situation has significantly strained my time and patience. The complexity and problematic nature of the return process do not reflect well on the image of a reputed and established company like Dyson. Moreover, managing this process required me to take time off work, incurring additional cost and stress. Therefore, I am sharing this negative experience to request an urgent resolution to this matter and expedite the processing of my refund. Additionally, I kindly ask for consideration of compensation or remediation for the issues experienced during this process.
