On May 12, at 9:30 p.m., I went to the Dyson store and purchased an air humidifier and cleaner. There were deformities in the inner parts of my device when I installed it on May 14. The water tank made a loud noise. (Used device). When I spoke with the customer service representatives on May 15th, they stated that they would contact us via WhatsApp and send the pictures and videos. On May 16, I sent picture videos. I'll take you to our specialized unit. They promised to return within one business day. It's May 18th, I've sent a message, and they haven't responded. When I message them again, they respond within 2-3 hours. They are of no assistance to my product. The product we purchased as zero (0) was found to be used. People are being duped.
