Dyson Robot Vacuum Malfunctioned After 5 Months – Denied Warranty Repair

I bought my Dyson robot vacuum about 5 months ago for ₺45,000. This price is quite high in my country, Turkey, which is currently facing an economic crisis. The device started having issues during floor cleaning, which is concerning for a device specifically designed for this purpose. Eventually, it broke down completely. I sent it to the service center, and they informed me that the device, which I bought just 5 months ago, cannot be repaired and that this issue is not covered under the warranty. The only option they offered was to buy a new device, but I can't afford to pay for a new one while I'm still struggling to pay off the installments for the old one. A device that is only 5 months old should not have such a fault; this should not be the case.

Approximately 5 months ago, I bought a Dyson robot vacuum for 45,000 TL, and I am still paying 5,000 TL in monthly installments. During floor cleaning, it accidentally sucked up some liquid and broke down. I contacted Dyson and explained the situation as it happened. I then sent the device to the service center. A few days after it arrived at the service center, they called me and said that it was not possible to repair my device, that it was out of warranty due to user error, and the only option they offered was a paid replacement. The paid replacement they mentioned was to get a new Dyson robot for 33,000 TL. Should I be upset that such a brand does not protect a device that frequently encounters such a simple issue like sucking up water during floor cleaning? Should I be upset that the 45,000 TL is wasted? Or should I be upset that the service staff want to dismiss me from the start? Should I be upset that they say "your information is being checked" and then hang up saying "this customer called five times, stall and hang up"? I am complaining about Dyson. I will fight to the end.

In response to my complaint, I was called three times, but I didn't hear it because my phone was on silent. When I called back, two customer service representatives from the Dyson warranty department spoke to me extremely rudely.
