Dyson Refund Delay Despite Immediate Return Request
Shopping on Dyson.com is a regrettable mistake and a grave error. I placed an order for a product I later realized I didn't need and initiated a return request within approximately 30 minutes of ordering. Despite this, Dyson is stubbornly dispatching the product, causing me significant financial loss by refusing to process my return. They've exhausted me with their refusal to issue a refund. I've lost track of how many support tickets I've opened or how many times I've called them. I demand an immediate refund; after all, I haven't even allowed the product to be handed over to the shipping company! Dyson's actions have left me frustrated and financially burdened.
