Dyson: Great Product, Awful Customer Service


I bought something from Dyson's website. Sure thing, Dyson makes a fantastic device, I must say. But a product's greatness doesn't make up for its other flaws. The service is very poor. When there's a problem, it's impossible to get in touch with customer support. Even when messaging on the website, it usually takes about 30 minutes to get in touch with someone. Just a heads up, if you happen to close the page by mistake, you'll have to start all over again and wait for another 30 minutes. There isn't an order page similar to HB or Trendyol. I purchased a product with a payment plan, but it got canceled. It usually takes a couple of days for the transaction to show up in the bank's system. So, the payments will start coming out of your account. Dyson products are top-notch, but their system can be really annoying. If you're willing to deal with the inconvenience, you can choose it.
