On September 21, I purchased a Dyson Purifier Humidify Cool PH-2 De-Nox air purifier with humidifying features, along with a Dyson vacuum cleaner, from the Dyson store in Ankara Kentpark Mall. I chose to buy directly from the official store thinking it would be more reliable and problem-free, especially given Dyson’s reputable brand image.

About a week after the purchase, our vacuum cleaner suddenly stopped working and we had to send it in under warranty. It was returned with a battery replacement and is currently working. However, now we are experiencing an issue with the air purifier. Even though we run the device every day, today it gave no response at all when we pressed the button and would not turn on.

Experiencing back-to-back problems with both the vacuum and the air purifier in such a short time has seriously shaken my confidence in the brand. Instead of buying from more affordable websites, we made the effort to visit the official store specifically for a more reliable experience, yet we encountered nothing but problems.

Because of these issues, my primary request is that the air purifier be taken back and that I receive a refund for the amount I paid. Since the device failed within such a short time, I ask that the process be handled quickly and in a way that resolves my inconvenience.
