I purchased my Dyson Gen5 Detect vacuum cleaner from the Korupark branch in 2023. After the original cleaning head broke, I’ve been unable to obtain a replacement for nearly a month. Although my product is still under warranty, customer service informed me that they don’t have the original head in stock and are unable to supply it.

Since the head broke, I’ve been experiencing inconvenience and can no longer use my vacuum efficiently. I am requesting that Dyson either provide the original head or issue a refund for the product. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible. I specifically want the original head in the Prussian Blue color, which I paid extra for. You cannot change the color of my product after sale — I expect to receive the same color I purchased.
