Dyson Gen5 Detect Keeps Stopping Every 5 Minutes

I’ve been using my Dyson Gen5 Detect vacuum cleaner on the same floor type for about a year without any problems. However, for the past month, the device has been stopping on its own every five minutes for no apparent reason. I’ve tried multiple times to start a video call to show the issue, but it’s impossible to capture the exact moment when the vacuum stops. When I try to file a service request, it’s not processed, and I’m asked to make another video call instead. This cycle keeps repeating, and my problem remains unresolved.

My device is still under warranty, and the serial number is Z5seusfb5075a. There are no error codes or warning messages displayed on the vacuum. Despite contacting Dyson customer service several times, no effective solution has been provided.

I am requesting that Dyson identify the cause of the malfunction, have the device examined by the service team, and carry out the necessary repair as soon as possible.

A response was provided, my device was taken to the service center, they sent it back saying there was no problem, but it still doesn't work. I called, we had a video call, they said it was resolved, now they are telling me to send it to the service again. There is a child at home, we have been without a vacuum cleaner for 10 days, you have no right to leave us like this for another 10 days. The vacuum cleaner was never checked, it was returned in the same condition.

"Congratulations to Dyson. They called me on Friday and asked what the problem was, and I explained it. After a short video call, they said the faulty parts needed to be replaced. And today, I received a brand new device. It’s excellent that they replaced it under warranty without charging a single penny. From now on, I will not shop from any company other than Dyson. Other companies should take this as an example; I have never seen this kind of behavior from any other company. They were very polite during our conversation. They took everything into consideration. I would like to thank the Dyson Turkey team."
