Dyson Gen 5 Vacuum Cleaner Only Works in Eco Mode and Fails on Carpets

I purchased a Dyson Gen 5 vacuum cleaner from Teknosa on September 6, 2025. The vacuum cleaner has three adjustable modules in the motor and three mechanically adjustable modules in the head. After purchasing, I tested the product on all the carpets and carpeted floors in my home. However, the vacuum works in the lowest motor mode (eco Mode) and the lowest suction mode (lead Mode), but it doesn't work in any other mode, and the motor stops automatically. I first contacted Dyson customer service and then sent it to technical service. It's normal for both vacuums to be able to use only the eco mode and the head, but not the other modes. This situation is unacceptable; it doesn't provide effective cleaning, and we can't use the product on any carpet in the house. I filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board regarding the product's replacement and have been waiting for a statement of defense for about a week. They tried to present us with a product we can't use as normal. I demand a return of the product as soon as possible.
