Dyson V10 Origin Stopped Working Properly After One Year of Use

I purchased the Dyson V10 Origin vacuum cleaner two years ago in July through Hepsiburada from Dyson's official website. For about a year now, the product hasn’t worked on the 3rd mode, and it operates intermittently on the 2nd mode. I’m forced to vacuum using only the 1st mode, which significantly reduces its efficiency. Despite following all maintenance instructions carefully, the issue persists. I even contacted customer service, but their suggested solutions didn’t resolve the problem. I paid a significant amount of money for this vacuum two years ago. Honestly, this price is not worth it for a vacuum, especially one that breaks down within two years. I expected a premium product from a brand like Dyson, but my experience has been nothing but disappointing.
