Dyson Did Not Provide Any Real Service When My Device Needed Maintenance

Those who intend to buy should know that Dyson does not provide proper service in Turkey. Even if a small part breaks, they insist that you need to order the entire component. Their service process is also complicated—they require video calls. It feels like they deliberately make maintenance difficult to keep the customer at a distance. Instead of offering practical solutions, they create barriers that make it nearly impossible to resolve even the simplest issues. What they offer as “service” is basically just cleaning under different package names. Potential buyers, please take this into consideration—there is absolutely no real service. Their WhatsApp support is another mess; you could spend months just trying to get a response.
