Dyson Did Not Let Me Buy the Gen5detect Absolute With My Troy Logo Credit Card

Dyson's official website states that I want to buy the Dyson Gen5detect™ Absolute (Prussian blue/Copper) model. In addition to the product I purchased, there is a free standing unit gift worth ₺4,999 and the opportunity to pay in 6 installments for all credit cards. I wanted to buy the product on the official website. However, during the payment phase, I noticed that installments were not made for credit cards with the Troy logo. I called Dyson customer service. They said that installments were not made for credit cards with the Troy logo. I cannot buy the product I want right now. Dyson victimized me. I want to benefit from the campaign with my Troy logo credit card. I request that the necessary be done and that I be informed.
