Upon unboxing my Dyson device, I realized that there was no serial number or product label attached to the unit. Additionally, the device is experiencing a serious technical issue—it shuts off automatically after approximately 10 minutes of use, rendering it unusable. Had I known the importance of the serial number and label at the time of opening the box, I would have reported the issue immediately. However, despite the current malfunction, Dyson’s customer support has offered no solution so far. So I must ask: Should I simply throw the product away? If Dyson Turkey claims to have delivered this device with a label and serial number, then I expect them to formally prove it. Otherwise, I request that my issue be acknowledged and a proper resolution provided.

Dear Authorized Seller, Actually, I enjoy using all your products. But unfortunately, this product is problematic. I am so sure that I did not remove the label on the product, and unfortunately, I have been suffering for months because I have not been able to use the device. Also, I did not know the importance of the label and the serial number until I had to go to the service center. If I had known, I would have informed you that there was no label on it as soon as I opened the product. In fact, I would have recorded a video while opening it. Unfortunately, your entire team did not support me during this process. You made things harder for me. You put me in a position where it seemed like I was lying. I am sad and aggrieved.
