I have used Dyson for a very long time. What a terrible experience I had when I was ordering my most recent buy. Even though the company information was entered, they sent out an individual bill with the number "111111111" instead of the usual corporate bill. The business lost the bill for the item I bought, and I could never find the person who was responsible. They didn't change the bill into a business one. You wouldn't have to go through this much pain if you got it at the local grocery store. The item was bought straight from Dyson.com.tr.
