I purchased six items from Dyson Türkiye's official website. Despite requesting a corporate invoice at the time of purchase, I did not receive one. When I contacted customer service, they claimed the 7-day window for issuing an invoice had passed.

Dyson Türkiye should not be trusted for purchases requiring a corporate invoice. By entering "T.C. 111111111111111" in the individual invoice section, Dyson Türkiye is causing tax losses. Additionally, none of the attached delivery notes were issued as e-invoices.
