Dyson Turkey Unfulfilled Orders and Poor Customer Service
my recent experience with Dyson Turkey gave me the worst kind I had, I gave my credit card info to this company for a mail-order thing, but they took my money and haven't sent me anything yet. Man, these customer reps aren't helping at all, it's torture talking to them, Dyson is a super cool brand that makes awesome stuff. the Turkish distributorship though is kinda messing up the brand's rep and value. They don't take orders regulary, or ship them even... Dyson Turkey really dropped the ball on customer satisfaction and order fulfillment. One of the main issues is that stuff is often out of stock. Sometimes Dyson Turkey says they have certain products in stock on their website, but then they don't actually sell them or they try to sell the same thing to more than one person. annoying. This sneaky move not only messes up their rep but also makes people think bad about them.
