I purchased the Dyson Cinetic Big Ball Absolute 2 vacuum cleaner with the serial number WP4-EU-TEA4825A on September 16, 2024, from dyson.com.tr for ₺18,000 (Invoice No: B012024000761084). On January 10, 2025, I noticed that the edges of the vacuum's nozzle and pipe were dusty, indicating that dust was escaping from the edges of the handle. After contacting customer service and sending the product to the service center twice, the problem persisted. The vacuum continued to release dust and smoke from the nozzle and pipe despite the replacement of the nozzle and a reported "general maintenance and cleaning" on February 17, 2025. Although Dyson recommended sending the vacuum to the service center for a third time, I declined, as the issue remained unresolved. I am requesting a product replacement or a refund under the warranty, and if not resolved, I will pursue my rights through the Consumer Arbitration Board and Consumer Court.
