Dyson Purifier Cool Formaldehyde & Supersonic Hair Dryer Delivery Failure

I made a purchase of ₺26,999 Dyson Purifier Cool Formaldehyde and ₺15,999 Dyson Supersonic™ hair dryer (Ceramic Pop) from www.dyson.com.tr on March 18, 2024. Despite completing the payment, I didn't receive any order confirmation. Upon contacting customer service for clarification, I was assured that the order would be processed within 48 hours. However, as the 49th hour approached, it became evident that this was merely a tactic to stall. Not only were the products not dispatched, but my refund request is also pending, leaving me in the dark about when it will be processed due to workload excuses. Despite four days passing since the purchase, I've received no updates, and my ₺43,000 expenditure has affected my credit card limit. Dyson's reputation for reliability and professionalism has been shattered in my eyes. Trusting a brand more than it deserves can lead to disgraceful experiences like this. I demand an immediate refund.
