Dyson Vacuum Cleaner Problem With Missing Parts From The Box

"As can be seen in the attached file, I purchased 2 V8 Absolute vacuum cleaners from Bogazici Connect on 19.03.2024. While all the parts came out of one of the two closed boxes, the second box did not come with the dust chamber filter. When we connected to customer services, the invoice was checked via video and the product was confirmed. And only the dust container was sent to us, but this time there was no gray filter, even though they connected via video and detected the situation. When we returned later, they told us that they did not have such a service and that we should contact Boğaziçi Connect. When we call Bogazici Connect from their current phones, no one answers. If you didn't have such a service, why did you send that dust container? All our e-mail and voice recordings are available, and I reported the situation to the Consumer Arbitration Committee today. I am also forwarding this e-mail to Dyson in England. Here, all responsibility lies with the Dyson team that sent the missing part. You cannot behave like this towards these products that we paid a lot of money for. He very quickly requests that the missing filter cover be sent as well. I am forwarding the situation to the Ministry of Commerce. I state here that I will defend my rights until the end."
Today, I wanted to share with you the e-mail containing the problem I had with Dyson Turkey. I am a portfolio manager of a private bank, and my wife is the general manager of a large pharmaceutical company. We definitely do not deserve the bad accusations of the Turkey office.
