Parimatch Deposit Pending But No One Responding For Last 5 Months

I made a deposit to my Parimatch account via UPI from my State Bank of India account on 8 November 2025 at around 5:54 p.m. for an amount of 21,000 INR. The money was debited from my bank account, but it was never credited to my Parimatch balance. The transaction reference number on my SBI statement is 029058790898. After noticing that the amount was missing, I contacted Parimatch support and created tickets regarding this issue. However, I did not receive any proper response, and after a few weeks the ticket status was suddenly marked as “resolved” even though the problem was not fixed and the 21,000 INR is still not in my account. I also contacted State Bank of India, and they informed me that the merchant, Parimatch, has received the amount on their side. This means the money has left my bank account and reached Parimatch, but it has not been reflected in my Parimatch account balance. I request that Parimatch urgently investigate this failed deposit and immediately credit the 21,000 INR to my Parimatch account associated with this transaction, or at least clearly explain what happened to this payment and resolve the issue without any further delay.
