On September 23, 2025, I purchased a Dyson Airwrap ID Ceramic Pink hair styler through Hepsiburada from the official Dyson Turkey seller. During the purchase, social media advertisements stated that a travel bag would be included as a gift under the campaign. However, although my product was delivered, the promotional travel bag was never sent to me.
I first contacted Dyson customer service via live chat about the issue but was told that the campaign was not valid, and no solution was offered. My invoice number is b012025000986184, dated September 20, 2025, and issued to K* G****. The delivery address was in Etimesgut, Ankara, and I paid $648 by credit card.
Since the campaign details were clearly shown in Dyson’s social media advertisements, I request that the promotional travel bag included in the campaign be sent to me as promised.
