Dyson Airstrait Burned My Hair on First Use – Requesting Full Refund

I used my Dyson Airstrait for the first time two days ago on my wet hair, and it completely damaged it — my hair burned and became frizzy and rough. I’m not someone who frequently straightens my hair or exposes it to high heat, so experiencing such severe damage on the very first use has been extremely upsetting.

I purchased the product from Dyson’s online store, and it’s still under warranty. After this incident, I contacted Dyson customer service, but they offered no real assistance or solution.

For this reason, I am requesting a full refund for the product due to the damage it caused and the lack of support from customer service.
