Requesting Duolingo to Restore My Lost Progress and Apologize for Data Loss

On October 1, 2025, I noticed that all of my progress in every language on my Duolingo account had been completely deleted. My account’s email address is y**********@gmail.com**. This is the first time I’ve ever encountered such an issue, and it has caused me serious frustration and inconvenience.
I contacted Duolingo customer service regarding the problem, and I was told that I would receive a follow-up response. However, despite the time that has passed, I have not received any reply or update.
I request that my learning progress be restored and that Duolingo issue an apology for the inconvenience and loss I’ve experienced.
