Requesting Duolingo to Restore My Lost Progress and Apologize for Data Loss
On October 1, 2025, I noticed that all of my progress in every language on my Duolingo account had been completely delet...ed. My account’s email address is y**********@gmail.com**. This is the first time I’ve ever encountered such an issue, and it has caused me serious frustration and inconvenience.
