I Was Charged by Duolingo for a Service I Did Not Use
I would like to file a complaint regarding an issue I experienced with the Duolingo English course. I had not been using the app for a long time, but on September 7, 2025, an amount of ₺840 was deducted from my account without any prior notification. My account username is @Hamlet047, and I created it in August 2024. After this incident, I sent an email to Duolingo customer service, but I have not yet received any response. My subscription is currently active, even though I stopped using the app a long time ago. I request both the cancellation of my subscription and a refund of the ₺840 that was charged to me.
