How to Recover an Instagram Account When Duo Mobile Codes Are Gone

I tried to log into my Instagram account, which I deactivated about six months ago. However, the device I used when I deactivated it is different from the one I’m using now. I no longer have access to my old device, and back then, I had linked my account to Duo Mobile. My Duo Mobile account has since been deleted, and now I can’t log in at all. Instagram keeps asking me for a verification code. Please, can you help me resolve this issue?
