Dunkin Donuts Overcharged Me and Refused a Refund Despite Being a Regular Customer

I just had a pretty annoying experience at Dunkin' Donuts recently. I got charged an extra four bucks, and when I brought it up, the manager straight-up denied my request for a refund. They just kept pushing more products on me, which I really didn’t want or need. All I wanted was a refund. The following day, I returned, eager to sort things out, but once more, my request for a refund was turned down. It's really frustrating that the manager, knowing I'm a regular customer, still decided not to refund my money. It's honestly frustrating to be treated this way, especially since I'm a regular shopper there. Four bucks might not sound like a big deal, but it's really about the principle behind it. I’m not coming back for a while.
