Dunkin Donuts Drive Thru Employee Was Rude When I Couldn’t Hear My Order

March 21, 2025 9:51 AM28

I swung by Dunkin Donuts yesterday to pick up a cold coffee. When I was at the drive-thru, I had a hard time hearing the employee on the speaker, so I brought it up nicely. Rather than offering assistance, he bluntly told me to "just come around." I was surprised by his attitude and asked if he was having a rough day. He just shot back with a sarcastic, "Are you?" When I called him out for being rude, he didn’t even attempt to calm things down—he just insulted me outright. I’ve always enjoyed Dunkin Donuts, but after this experience, I’m not sure I’ll return. This type of customer service is just not okay, and it really makes me wonder how much they actually care about their customers.
