Ducray Failed to Respond to My Repeated Ingredient Information Requests

After purchasing the Kellual DS product by the Ducray (pierre-fabre.com) brand, I submitted a written request for information about the product’s ingredients through the form on their website in early December. Despite submitting the same request multiple times, I have never received any response, and my question has been left unanswered.

As a result, I then called the Call Center number (0216 636 74 00) listed on their website to reach the product advisory department. When I was unable to connect, I had to speak with a different department. The representative told me that I needed to contact 0549 803 3** for product information. However, despite calling this number many times, I was never able to reach anyone, and I also never received a callback.

I want to receive clear and written information about the contents of the product I purchased. As promised by the company, I am requesting a response where I can actually reach an authorized department and receive a timely, transparent, and concrete answer to my information request.
