On September 2, 2025, I purchased Ducray Anaphase shampoo from Cansu Kahraman Pharmacy. I used the product regularly for about three weeks. However, instead of reducing my hair loss, it made the hair shedding significantly worse. I also started experiencing intense dandruff and scalp itching. Because of these negative effects, I was forced to stop using the product.
I still have the purchase receipt (receipt no: 0023). I have not yet contacted customer service. To resolve the issues I experienced with this product, I am requesting a product exchange equivalent to the amount I paid.
I kindly ask that a solution be provided as soon as possible.
