I used Ducray’s Kellual Anaphase shampoo regularly for three months to address my hair loss and scalp itching, but the product was not effective at all. There was no reduction in either my hair loss or the itching during this period. I purchased the shampoo from Emineller Pharmacy (Özdilek Mall) and paid $64. I also have the invoice for the product.
After experiencing these issues, I consulted the pharmacy, and they advised me to contact the manufacturer directly. However, despite repeatedly calling Ducray customer service, I was unable to reach anyone, and none of my calls were answered. I am requesting assistance to resolve this issue and am asking for a refund.
